Our program begins with a thorough inspection to determine the extent of the problem and to identify entry points.  We can then customize an exclusion program to match your specific needs.

Guardian’s Rodent Exclusion Program consists of the following:

1. Seal off entry points from the exterior and/or interior of your home with Excluder brand stainless steel fabric.
2. Seal off plumbing and wiring entry points into living areas with Excluder brand stainless steel fabric.
3. Place mechanical traps in the basement, attic and/or crawl space to remove any mice living in your home.
4. Identify conditions around your home that are conductive to rodent activity and make recommendations for improvement.
5. Apply Pro-Pell (an all-natural rodent repellent) to the exterior foundation perimeter.
