Guardian Exterior Perimeter Program
(Year-Round Bi-Monthly Service)

1. Guardian’s trained professionals will provide a complete and thorough inspection with a customized service program designed for your specific pest needs.

2. The initial service with Guardian Integrated Pest Program, your technician will provide Guardian’s precision crack and crevice treatment in concealed areas, minimizes the contact of materials to you and your family while hitting pest hard in areas where they live, feed and reproduce.  This program includes exterior perimeter treatment, which provides protection from various new pest infestations in your home.  We also include rodent control for the fall and winter when they are the most common problem  

3. Your Guardian technician will provide you with a year round Bi-Monthly exterior perimeter service, which provides protection, from various new pest infestations in your home between March and October, then from November through February Guardian will provide an all-natural  rodent repellent on your foundation to keep Mice from entering into your home.

4. For your convenience you do not have to be home for your exterior perimeter treatment.  If you have a problem inside your home, please call the office to schedule an interior service and your technician will be happy to come in to take care of it.

5. If you should have a pest problem inside that is covered by the Guardian Integrated Pest Program we will schedule a special service to take care of the problem at no extra charge during normal business hours.

ALL SERVICES ARE SPECIFIC TO THE AGREEMENT YOU SIGNED AND YOU SHOULD REVIEW IT FOR ANY AND ALL DETAILS OF SERVICE.

GUARDIAN INTEGRATED PEST PROGRAM COVERS:
